देश के कुछ हिस्सों में मॉनसून की शुरुआत हो चुकी है, तो कुछ हिस्सों में जल्द ही होने वाली है। इसके साथ ही खरीफ की फसलों प्रमुख धान की खेती की शुरुवात हो जाएगी। देश के कई हिस्सों में किसान बड़े पैमाने पर धान की खेती करते हैं। ऐसे में फसल से अच्छी उपज के लिए पहले नर्सरी तैयार की जाती है। नर्सरी तैयार करने के लिए किसानों को इसकी वैज्ञानिक पद्धति अपनाना ज़रूरी है। इसमें नर्सरी के आकार से लेकर इसकी चौड़ाई, बीज की मात्रा, खाद की मात्रा आदि का विशेष ध्यान रखना पड़ता है।
चलिए आज के इस ब्लॉग में धान की नर्सरी के बारे में विस्तार से जानते हैं।
धान की खेती का पहला चरण
नर्सरी की तैयारी धान खेती का पहला चरण होता है। इस दौरान किसानों को धान की खेती में विशेष सावधानी बरतने की जरूरत होती है। इसमें पहली प्रक्रिया प्रमाणित बीज का चुनाव करना है। इसके बाद धान की नर्सरी तैयार करने के लिए खेत की तैयारी करें। दो से तीन बार खेत की गहरी जुताई करने के बाद क्यारियों में धान की बुवाई करें। इसके लिए क्यारियों का आकार 8 मीटर लंबा होना चाहिए और इसकी चौड़ाई 1.5 मीटर होनी चाहिए, इसके अलावा बेड के उभार की बात करें खेत से ऊंचा होना चाहिए, ताकि क्यारियों में पानी न भर सके।
खेत में खर-पतवार के नियंत्रण के लिए आप ग्रामिक से बेहद किफायती मूल्य में खर-पतवारनाशी ऑर्डर कर सकते हैं।
जल निकासी व बीज की बुवाई
क्यारी के चारों तरफ एक नाली बनाई जानी चाहिए ताकि पानी की सही निकासी हो सके। बुवाई से पहले, धान को रातभर पानी में भिगोकर रखें। इससे अंकुरण तेजी से होता है। बुवाई के बाद क्यारियों को पक्षियों से बचाने के लिए पुआल से ढक दें। जब तक पौधे हरे नहीं हो जाते, तब तक पुआल को नहीं हटाना चाहिए। बेड में ऊपर से सड़ी हुई गोबर खाद का छिड़काव करें, जिससे पौधों को उखाड़ने में आसानी होती है और वे मजबूत रहते हैं।
ऐसे करें बीजोपचार
खेत में धान के बीज की बुवाई से पहले, ट्राइकोडर्मा 4 ग्राम या 2.5 ग्राम कार्बेंडाजिम या थीरम से बीजोपचार करें। नर्सरी के लिए प्रति हेक्टेयर 40 किलोग्राम मध्यम आकार के धान और 45 किलोग्राम मोटे धान के बीज की आवश्यकता होती है। झुलसा रोग के क्षेत्रों में, 25 किलोग्राम बीज के लिए 4 ग्राम स्ट्रेप्टोसाइक्लीन या 40 ग्राम प्लांटोंमाइसीन मिलाकर पानी में रातभर भिगोकर रखें।

धान की नर्सरी में खाद की मात्रा
धान की रोपाई से एक महीने पहले नर्सरी तैयार करनी चाहिए। नर्सरी से पहले, खरपतवार की सफाई अच्छी तरह कर लें। खेत को मई-जून में जुताई कर छोड़ देना चाहिए। 1000 वर्ग मीटर क्षेत्र में 10 क्विंटल सड़ी हुई खाद, 10 किलो डीएपी, 2.5 किलोग्राम जिंक सल्फेट मिलाएं। इसके बाद 10 किलोग्राम यूरिया डालें, जिससे पौधों में हरापन आता है और वे रोपाई के लिए तैयार हो जाते हैं। इस प्रकार, वैज्ञानिक पद्धति से धान की नर्सरी तैयार करने से फसल की अच्छी उपज प्राप्त होती है।

धान की नर्सरी तैयार करने का सही समय आपके क्षेत्र की जलवायु और मौसम पर निर्भर करता है। सामान्यतः, गर्मियों के मौसम में जून के पहले या दूसरे सप्ताह में नर्सरी लगानी चाहिए।
नर्सरी के लिए मिट्टी को अच्छे से जोतें और समतल करें। मिट्टी में उचित नमी होनी चाहिए। 1-2 बार हल्की सिंचाई करें ताकि मिट्टी नरम हो जाए और अंकुरण में सहायता मिल सके।
बीज बोने से पहले उन्हें 24 घंटे तक पानी में भिगोकर रखें और फिर छाया में सुखाएं। इसके बाद बीजों को समान रूप से मिट्टी पर बिखेरें।
पहले सप्ताह में, दिन में दो बार हल्की सिंचाई करें। उसके बाद, पौधों को आवश्यकतानुसार पानी दें, ताकि मिट्टी हमेशा नम रहे।
धान की नर्सरी में अक्सर ब्लास्ट, शीथ ब्लाइट और ब्राउन स्पॉट जैसी बीमारियाँ हो सकती हैं। इसके अलावा, हरी पत्ती वाले कीट और धान की मक्खी जैसे कीट भी नुकसान पहुंचा सकते हैं।
